Trial Period	CoreMES includes a 30-day free trial. You will only be charged after the trial ends and once billing information is entered. If no billing information is entered, no charges will be made.

Payment Period	Credit card payments are processed immediately after billing details are submitted and the trial period ends.
Additional Fees	No additional mandatory fees outside the listed pricing. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees applied by their bank or card issuer.
Cancellation Policy	You may cancel your subscription anytime from within your CoreMES account page. Alternatively, you may send a cancellation request to: support@lineseikisoftware.com.
Refund Policy	Due to the nature of software-as-a-service (SaaS), we do not offer refunds after payment has been processed. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@lineseikisoftware.com and we will promptly review your case. We encourage users to take full advantage of the 30-day trial period to evaluate CoreMES before committing to a subscription.
Delivery Timeframe	Service access is granted immediately after account creation and confirmation of the trial or payment.
